Noel Semple received his Ph.D and LL.M degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School (York University), and his J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2008 after completing his articles at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Toronto. His writing in the family law, dispute resolution, and administrative law fields appears in journals including the Canadian Journal of Family Law, the Osgoode Hall Law Journal, and the Canadian Journal of Women and the Law. His publications are available at www.noelsemple.ca. In spring of 2012, Noel will teach the Children and the Law course at the University of Western Ontario’s Faculty of Law.
