Caseworker Positions: Caseworkers are second and third year students who are taking Litigation Practice, Advanced Litigation Practice or Criminal Law Advocacy. Volunteer Caseoworkers are students who have completed a clinical course. Associate Caseworkers: These are first year students. Students who are unable to assist in the first semester are put on a waiting list and have first choice in the second semester with those assisting in the first semester having second choice. Student Supervisors: These are second or third year students who are hired to work in the clinic for the summer and supervisor caseworkers and associate caseworkers for the following school year. Hiring for these positions commences mid-March. Only those who have experience in CLS are considered for positions.

Perform one on one interviews with clients
Keep Review Counsel apprised of cases
Work on files, do research
Work together for the benefit of our clients
Work well in a team environment
AND, most of all ..... keep the administrative staff happy
