Updated February 23, 2024.

Community Legal Services (CLS) is both a community legal clinic and a clinical education program, operated by the Faculty of Law at Western University and funded by Legal Aid Ontario, the Law Foundation of Ontario, Fanshawe Student Union, and Western's University Students Council and Faculty of Law.

CLS provides free legal services to low-income people in the London community and to Fanshawe College and Western University students. Services are provided by over 125 law students per academic year, who work under the supervision of experienced staff lawyers.

Please note: Due to provincial funding cuts, services have decreased. CLS is no longer offering Wills, POAs, Immigration Services or Criminal Injury Compensation Board (CICB) assistance, and have reduced current Criminal Law services.
