Welcome
to Western Law’s Career & Professional Development Office (“CPDO”) where
our goal and hope is to connect employers with both students and our office. The
CPDO runs a number of events throughout the year to assist students in their
career planning, including: For
more information about these and other CPDO programs please contact Natalie
Samuel, the CPDO Assistant at nsamuel3@uwo.ca.
Another
way that employers can connect with Western Law students is through the CPDO,
Career Services Management (CSM) program called “Symplicity”. What is Symplicity? Symplicity is an online career management program that
our students use as one of their primary sources for career-related information
including events and job opportunities. Symplicity allows employers to keep
informed about events/sessions at the school, post jobs, manage their
firm/organization’s profile and much more. How do I use Symplicity? The CPDO has created the CPDO-Employer
Introduction to Symplicity (pdf), which will help you to
navigate through Symplicity. Benefits of using SymplicityCPDO Resources for Employers
