Obligations Discussion Group

The Obligations Discussion Group (ODG) list was established in June 2002 by Professor Jason Neyers of Western University, at the prompting of the Canadian torts/delict professors. The purpose of the list is to discuss issues relating to contract, tort, and other civil wrongs from an international perspective.

All inquiries about the list, including requests to join or to leave the list, or technical questions about access, should be addressed to Professor Neyers (jneyers@uwo.ca). Messages sent to obligations@uwo.ca go to the whole membership of the list.
